Morning back pain can result from a number of factors. It can be from bad sleep posture, a bad mattress and bad pillow which can also cause bad posture, and awkward position that was held to long, an ailment or injury or disease, a condition that causes pain, or even pregnancy or a combination of these problems.
Back pain in early pregnancy is very common and experiencing back pain in the morning is also very likely to happen in a pregnant woman. There are many different factors that contribute to back pain in early pregnancy. The body undergoes a lot of changes during pregnancy and these changes can put a lot of pressure on the back. The body has change in weight and tries to get support from the back to support it which causes pressure. It can create a curving in the back and can be straining. Also a woman’s center of gravity changes and her posture can change and that will cause pain. Hormones can also contribute to back pain because they are making changes in the body to prepare it.
Back pain in early pregnancy can be felt in the morning because of the common pregnancy effect and also because of a rough night’s sleep and other causes of morning back pain. It can even be a combination of pregnancy effects and causes of back pain in a lot of individuals that are not pregnant. Pregnant women often have a hard time sleeping and getting comfortable at night and their lack of comfort and all the positions they sleep in can cause back pain. If they have a bad mattress or pillow the effects can be even worse. They should have good sleeping materials and try to sleep with the best posture possible. They should align their spine and position their neck and back in a good position.
